The second consortium meeting in Hamburg, Germany was devoted to the discussion and definition of the content of the ConClips. The setting of the meeting was the Ausbildungszentrum-Bau in Hamburg, the vocational training and competence center for sustainable construction and a ConClip consortium partner. Apprentices develop the relevant skills for their chosen construction trade, selecting from 9 different construction trades. On the first day of the meeting a tour of the training center gave the consortium partners new insights in the methods and necessities of vocational training. On the second day the focus and methodology of the ConClips was finalized and the implementation of the key work packages coordinated.
